In-School Learning Support Assistance
Our Developmental Coaches provide in-school support to help children with special needs feel included, understood, and confident in the classroom. We work alongside teachers to offer individualized support that goes beyond just academics,we focus on building independence, social skills, and self-esteem so every child feels accepted and capable.
Supporting Inclusion & Confidence
We help children navigate their school day by assisting with classroom routines, communication, focus, and emotional regulation. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where they feel comfortable learning, interacting with peers, and expressing themselves.

Collaboration with Teachers, Therapists & Parents
We work closely with therapists, school staff, and parents to ensure that children receive consistent support in the classroom. We also help with IEPs, accommodations, and strategies to make learning more accessible and engaging for each child’s unique needs..
